I highly recommend ID Flatroof for Roof repair and replacement; Denis and his team provided a prompt and professional scope of work from the start. As The team came in they were very communicative and responsive; they provided assessments of issues and best approach as needed. They worked hard and completed the project quickly and efficiently.

We received pictures of the work and video, they removed all debris and were respectful of neighbor’s and property; it’s tight quarters in the city! Town Inspection was passed and work completed without issue. Very pleased with the results, never looked better with new bright flat roof and skylight and best of all…no leaks thereafter with the rainstorms this summer!

We own a 24 unit apartment building for around 20 years. Roof was done 18 years ago and it was an ongoing struggle, new leak almost every month. Ordered to do a new roof to ID Flat Roof Company. What ID did is a state of the art roof, pictures attached. Excellent craftsmanship, superb work ethic. They said roof will be ready within 2 weeks and it was. Highly recommend this roofing company.
